Spring seems ass backward in this depiction of the National Capital Tulip festival. Curious tulips investigate Chateau Laurier and the Parliament buildings at the top of Entrance Valley, where the Rideau Canal descends into the Ottawa River while a small band of confused Nuns wonder if they had a little too much sacrificial wine.
